Required Experience:
- A minimum of 34 years of demonstrable experience in Personal and Private Banking is imperative with a strong emphasis on highly skilled sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record in managing highvalue and multisegment client portfolios is essential including the ability to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities effectively.
- Extensive experience in proactive client acquisition within the financial services sector is required showcasing exceptional sales acumen and the ability to exceed acquisition targets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management is crucial ensuring collaborative partnerships that support sales objectives and client satisfaction.
