Role: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC Onsite
Interview: Phone/Skype
Job Type: Contract (W2)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and incorporating them into an RFP to implement a new process. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and systems.
Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Creating functional specifications and process maps.
Collaborating with IT and development teams to document for the RFP.
Performing data analysis to support decisionmaking.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP PMIPBA).
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
