This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fund financial statements and share class distribution rate calculations.

What youll be doing:
- Overseeing and reviewing the production of fund financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with auditors and fund administrators to ensure regulatory standards are met
- In time acting as the primary contact for annual audits training and support will be provided to get you to this level
- Resolving queries and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing and reviewing share class distribution rates ensuring correct calculations and payments
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders including fund administrators auditors and compliance teams
- Reviewing the accuracy of fee accruals and payments
- Participating in team meetings providing status updates and escalating key issues
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS and AIFMD Regulations
- Understanding of accounting standards including FRS102 IFRS and Lux GAAP
- Familiarity with investment funds financial markets and financial instruments
- Experience with governance structures and regulatory oversight
- Proficiency in net asset value calculations and share class distribution calculations
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders including fund administrators and auditors
- Qualified accountant or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA ACCA ACA)
- Experience within the financial services industry in auditing fund administration or asset management
