Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our Core AI Services Team. This role balances technical contributions (50%) with leadership and managerial responsibilities (50%). You will dedicate:
- 50% of your time to handson project work as a software engineer.
- 50% of your time to managing and supporting a team of 610 engineers working on the same project.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Contributions (50%)
- Develop review and maintain highquality code.
- Collaborate on project design architecture and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant technologies.
People Management (50%)
- Supervise mentor and support a team of 610 engineers.
- Conduct regular oneonone meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
- Set and communicate clear performance expectations.
- Lead the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in engineering leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in software development with proficiency in Python and Machine Learning (ML).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent organizational skills to balance handson technical work with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective crossfunctional collaboratio
