Job Description

About the role:

You will be responsible for planning support worker rosters and coordinating inhome care services across multiple regions in Victoria during a time of business transition. Youll act as the vital link between our customers and our infield team ensuring services are delivered efficiently respectfully and in line with expectations. If you thrive in a fastpaced coordination environment and are passionate about customer care then this role is for you.

In this role youll:

  • Optimise and manage rosters in line with Award regulations and company rostering processes ensuring the best match between client needs and worker skills.
  • Respond swiftly to lastminute changes using problemsolving and influencing skills to minimise disruption.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
  • Communicate directly with customers to confirm changes resolve concerns and maintain a strong customer service experience.
  • Use scheduling data and capacity planning tools to reduce nonbillable hours unnecessary travel and support longterm efficiency.

This is a permanent fulltime opportunity. While there are flexible workfromhome options some work on occasion may be required at our Notting Hill office. Hours of operation are 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and candidates with greater flexibility will be prioritised during the recruitment process.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment.
  • A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Positive cando attitude and customer service focus.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Demonstrated experience with engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience with Skedulo or other rostering systems are preferred.
