Job Description
Lead the integrated delivery of the station infrastructure and associated TOD managing the interface between transport authorities private developers utility agencies and design and delivery teams
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality budget and timeline.
- Oversee the planning and phased refurbishment of the live transport hub while ensuring continued operations and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate with transport operators authorities asset owners and commercial stakeholders.
- Lead consultant and contractor teams across architectural civil MEP and transport disciplines.
- Manage the integration of new systems passenger flows and public realm improvements.
- Align TOD development timelines and infrastructure interfaces with station upgrade works.
- Monitor project cost quality risk and programme performance to deliver on client objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in delivering largescale infrastructure or transportrelated developments.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and HSE standards
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera etc.)
- Energetic and highly organised
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Collaborative team player with ability to manage complex highprofile projects.
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
