Job Description

Join our team and youll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities together with the sales team.
Working in the sales department you will work closely with the Management team in Belgium and stakeholders of the Stepstone Group to define and execute the sales strategy and drive results through people.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

While the primary focus is on leading the team and driving performance the role may occasionally involve stepping in to support account management and converting sales particularly during peak periods or when covering team absences.

Targets:

  • You increase invoice sales and longterm growth
    • by defining and ensuring implementation of sales strategies and sales tactics to capture market value
    • by inspiring the sales teams to achieve high sales targets and raising the competency levels of the sales teams
    • by building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships and satisfaction
    • by ensuring that we have all stakeholders on board to ensure the right tactics are put in place (leverages marketing traffic marketplace product promotions )
    • by implementing effective sales pipeline management creating clear visibility and accurate forecast processes
    • by continuously monitoring and increasing strong performance management and building a highperforming sales team
    • by monitoring the market to ensure that the commercial teams stay ahead of the game
  • You increase sales impact
    • by ensuring sales focus portfolio coverage and high quantity/quality of sales activities
    • by setting effective and motivating sales targets and increasing the sales spirit with the sales teams

Reporting Lines:

You will report directly to the MD

Team oversight:

You will manage a team of approximately 10 people.


Qualifications :

  • You have a proven track record in managing and inspiring a sales team towards a successful level
  • You have experience in B2B sales (within HR or Recruitment is a plus)
  • You have proven experience in solution selling and building successful customer relationships at management level
  • You are stress resistant autonomous and results and targets give you a kick
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
