Job Description
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance the successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience with CAT Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (993K & WA1200 Loaders D11 Dozers 16M Graders Marion 8050 Draglines)
- Demonstrated experience in leading a maintenance team in a frontline supervisory capacity.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including time & risk management.
- Flexible / adaptable work style to be able to work within changing environments and work requirements
- Strong computer skills including Excel Word SAP
- Relevant Trade background
- S123 G2
- 5 yrs in similar position leading a team
Your background in a similar position or environment together with your exceptional communication skills will see you well placed to excel in this role. It is also essential that you demonstrate impeccable safety behavior.
