Seasonal Leasing Specialist
The Harriet Apartments Baltimore MD
Schedule: TuesdayFriday (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) Saturday (10:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Pay: $22/hour Commission Bonus Opportunities
At WPM Real Estate Management we believe finding a home is more than just signing a lease its about creating an experience. As a Seasonal Leasing Specialist at The Harriet Apartments youll be the welcoming face of our community helping prospective residents feel right at home from day one.
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
Conduct guided tours of model and available units
Educate applicants on leasing terms availability and community features
Support marketing efforts through social media listings and outreach
Plan and participate in resident appreciation events
Address resident questions and concerns with a solutionsoriented mindset
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring:
A warm professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Sales or leasing experience (preferred but not required)
A customerfocused attitude and proven problemsolving ability
Comfort using computers and the ability to learn leasing software
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Bonus Qualifications:
NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) Certification (a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent required
