In this position...
This role drives innovation and ensures excellence in driveline systems. Youll collaborate with engineers suppliers and manufacturing to develop and implement cuttingedge solutions that meet customer needs. Youll also lead quality improvement initiatives analyzing warranty claims implementing corrective actions and working crossfunctionally to elevate product quality.
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Lead the development of innovative driveline technologyto meet the evolving needs of our programs and customers.
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers suppliers and manufacturing professionalsto bring new technologies to life.
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality contentthrough meticulous planning and execution.
- Champion quality improvement initiativesby analyzing warranty claims implementing containment strategies and driving corrective design actions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing interfacing systems and FCSD teamsto effectively implement quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications
Youll have...
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required).
5 years of proven experience in Design & Release (D&R) processes in the Driveline field.
2 years working knowledge of engineering tools and methodologies including FMEA DVP BOM and GPD.
Even better you may have...
Master of Science in Engineering.
Demonstrated proficiency with engineering tools such as WERs and Team Center.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
