Job Description

PORTFOLIO ACCOUNTANT HOAMCO (Santa Fe NM)

HOAMCO has an opening for a fulltime Portfolio Accountant for our Santa Fe NMoffices due to continued position requires experience with journal entries general ledgers financials and reconciliations.

We are offering benefits after 60 days of employment; Medical/Dental/Vision/Holiday Pay and much more!

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or 35 years of experience.

Detailoriented and excellent at follow up.
Able to prioritize daily duties.
Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.

Job Duties:

Maintain monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
Interact with Managers and Board members to answer accounting questions.

All candidates are subject to prehire proficiency tests. Selected candidate subject to drug and background screening.
