Job Description
About the role:
As a Senior Payment Process Analyst youll be part of the finance team that directly support our ecommerce business making sure customer transactions flow smoothly and securely. From managing PSP integrations to ensuring accurate bank reconciliations your work keeps our financial engine running. Youll be both handson in the daytoday execution and a goto expert for all things related to digital payments.
About your tasks:
- Oversee and execute epayment processes including PSP integrations direct debits refunds and chargebacks
- Manage bank imports journal postings and reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
- Act as the key contact for PSPs and internal teams resolving issues and improving payment processes
- Collaborate with tech accounting and operations teams to optimize and scale payment workflows
- Monitor and report on KPIs and transaction performance to ensure transparency and efficiency
Qualifications :
About you:
- 5 years of experience in payment operations ideally in an ecommerce or digital finance setting
- Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and online transaction processing
- Youre techsavvy comfortable working with ERP and financial systems
- You care about getting things right solving problems and working across departments
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
