Job Description

The Cost & Fees team supports a Wealth Management Business with the potential to grow. The team is in charge of delivering bespoke services to our Banking Operations clients. The area of operation includes but is not limited to Banks Brokers and Custodian fees management.


Your key tasks

  • Manage a series of activities in line with the SLAs defined with clients and in line with market standard processes
  • Follow and update the Key Operating Procedure (KOP) to ensure satisfactory performance for BAU
  • Report to the Manager of the Cost & Fees Team

Areas of activity are

  • Client fees
  • Reconciliation
  • Incoming retrocession (trailer fees)
  • Outgoing retrocession
  • Custodian and transactions fees Debit Credit interests
  • Structuring fees
  • Payback inducement

Qualifications :

  • Tertiary education (Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance / Accountancy preferred but not necessary)
  • Basic knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds and Trailer Fees rebates
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude
  • Collaborative and supportive team player
  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Professional and confident in interactions with demanding clients
  • Willing to go the extra mile to deliver highquality results

It would be a real bonus if you have

  • Prior knowledge of Avaloq is a strong advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA and Access Macros
  • Good understanding of the wealth management business
