Job Description
The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the Healthcare sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation is both protected and enhanced.
As a Head of Marketing youll need to:
- Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
- Communicate with target audiences building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition
- Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising direct marketing digital and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
- work closely with inhouse and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials
- Write and proofread marketing copy that resonates with the Healthcare market sector
- Produce creative content
- Manage social media channels to generate impact
- Develop and manage a wide range of audience such as conferences seminars receptions and exhibitions
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Conduct market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
And with support youll need to:
- Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for the Healthcare proposition
- Manage stakeholders expectations
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- lead external agencies when appropriate to effectively manage events press relationships editorial requests presentations promotional materials and online activities
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role. Preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland)
- Demonstrable experience in B2B environment.
- Automation experience in developing executing and measuring email marketing campaigns.
- Writing compelling and relevant content for a range of channels including social media experience.
- Strong communication skills externally and internally able to dialogue at CX level
- Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views
- Collaborative
- Commercially aware and cost conscious

- Flexible and selfmotivated able to work without supervision
