What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking refrigeration and warewashing units.
• Communicate with manufacturers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Install and replace equipment parts following company guidelines.
• Promote additional Smart Care services to customers and maintain accurate service records.
• Uphold safety standards manage inventory and keep service vehicles organized.

Who Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of technical experience (e.g. refrigeration appliance repair HVAC or military service).
• Valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to participate in an oncall rotation (nights and weekends).
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in various physical environments including heights and extreme temperatures.
• Comfortable working with mechanical parts pressurized equipment and electrical systems.
