Job Description

Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator North America

Location: East Brunswick New Jersey USA (3 days/week in office)

Job Type: FullTime Exempt

Experience: 5 years of US and Canada payroll processing

Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator with expertise in Canadian and U.S. payroll processes with a focus on Canada. Experience with multiprovincial Canada payroll processing (ADP Workforce Now Canada preferred) and U.S. payroll processing (UKGPro preferred) is required. Responsibilities include a combination of payroll functions for Canadian and U.S. payroll including processing tax reconciliation and finance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for assigned U.S. and Canada companies ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform payroll processing tax reconciliation and reporting for assigned companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on payroll initiatives in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Work Environment:

  • Requires working 3 days/week in the New Jersey office with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Experience in U.S. and Canada payroll processing and review.
  • 3 years of intensive experience with ADP WFN Canada (preferred) including taxes and yearend reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations in Ontario and Quebec.
  • Experience with payroll processing in a shared services or vendorbased environment.
  • Excellent organizational time management communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $75000$85000.
