Job Description

Please note this is a 12 month maternity cover role. 

Here at Entain our internal resourcing team is hiring a Specialist Resourcing Partner for a 12 month maternity  contract. As our Specialist Recruitment Partner you will oversee and lead on hiring across our Performance Marketing Sportsbook and Gaming teams across London Gibraltar and Europe hiring key roles for some of our established brands such as Ladbrokes Coral Foxy Gala and bwin to name just a few.

This is 360 recruitment role where you will closely collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements define qualification criteria and attract the best talent through the management of the endtoend recruitment service. Working independently is key within the role however as youd expect we also work really closely as a team and will support each others roles where required

The ideal person for this role will have experience working for an inhouse talent/ resourcing team previously and will be a well versed recruiter who can source for niche or specialist roles. Youll be a thinkoutsidethebox recruiter who proactively looks to build healthy pipelines of top talent and can partner with our hiring stakeholders to offer them a seamless recruitment process.

What type of roles would I be recruiting for

Typical roles hired within this role would be (but are not limited to) Proposition Executives Commercial Strategy Managers Poker Managers Product Managers Content Executives and Site Experience Managers SEO PPC and Affiliates. 

This FTC position is to start approximately June/ July 2025.

Technical Recruiting Capability

  • Builds strong candidate networks aligning opportunities with career goals.
  • Understands domainspecific profiles to match talent effectively.
  • Confidently engages with hiring managers demonstrating expertise.

Proactive & Strategic Talent Sourcing

  • Ensures job adverts are compliant and attract the right talent.
  • Leads talent pipeline discussions and develops innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Manages hiring consultations setting clear expectations on timelines and outcomes.
  • Proficient in social sourcing (LinkedIn Google Jobs job boards etc.).
  • Presents diverse highquality shortlists maintaining recruitment standards.
  • Builds external talent networks and encourages hiring manager engagement.

Adaptability in a FastPaced Environment

  • Anticipates challenges and proactively implements solutions.

DEI & Cultural Awareness

  • Guides hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices to foster a diverse culture.
  • Collaborates effectively across regions functions and stakeholders respecting cultural differences.

Qualifications :

  • A proven recruitment partner with experience hiring internally across a large business would ideal. 
  • A team player who is also comfortable operating independently when required.
  • Comfortable with data and the ability to use this to drive insight that is valuable to business and People Function stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence change.
  • Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong on data input and ensuring were capturing information where and when needed on relevant systems. 
  • Able to demonstrate the impact of recruitment initiatives on the business either commercially and/or operationally
