Job Description
The Business Improvement Leaders will play pivotal roles in driving business stability across Rotork building processbased performance assurance.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and partner with various stakeholders.
The Business Improvement Leader will be responsible for understanding business needs standardizing optimal processes and supporting the successful creation and adoption of the Global Business Management System for the business.
Qualifications :
- Experience running a business or significant time managing a business unit within an organisation.
- Proven experience in business improvement process optimisation or business transformation roles.
- Experience with GBMS and GPO environments is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
