Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers in matters of benefits disability retirement and management of absences / vacations.
- Administer benefit programs for corporate associates and banner stores (correspondence with stores and employees communication with the insurer process and analyze changes administrative processing of disabilities).
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries related to employee benefits retirement plans and absence management.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- College or university diploma in administration or human resources;
- Excellent communication in both English and French both orally and in writing. In your role you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
