The ideal candidate will work in close partnership with the general education teacher to ensure all students receive highquality differentiated instruction aligned with their individual learning needs. This role is key to fostering a supportive inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically socially and Responsibilities:Collaboration and CommunicationCoplan coteach and coassess alongside the general education teacher to deliver effective instruction to all in regular planning meetings and collaborative problemsolving with instructional staff and service ongoing open communication with all members of the IEP team regarding student programming and progress (this includes families related service providers and general education teachers)Instructional Support and DifferentiationDeliver specially designed instruction and provide classroom support for students with IEPs within the general education setting. Including but not limited to Individualized Education Program (IEP) evaluation data collection and creation inline with student progress and instructional need. Support progress monitoring systems to inform instruction and guide IEP that accommodations modifications and supports are consistently with formative and summative assessments providing feedback to students and contributing to instructional IEP goals objectives and services for assigned student progress and contribute to progress reports and IEP instructional methods materials and assessments to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of all access to curriculum through multisensory and scaffolded Classroom EnvironmentFoster a respectful inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and encourages peer and support positive behavior strategies in alignment with schoolwide DevelopmentEngage in continuous professional learning to stay current on evidencebased practices in inclusive education and special new strategies and tools to improve student for the academic and socialemotional needs of students with access to appropriate services supports and equitable educational :Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Disabilities (PreK8) working in an inclusive coteaching setting is knowledge of special education laws inclusive practices and differentiated communication collaboration and organizational skills.
