Job Description
Hunter Auto Group is seeking a motivated and professional BDC Service Representative to support our growing Service Department! As the first point of contact for many of our customers youll play a key role in delivering a smooth positive service experience from start to finish. What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for service inquiries via phone text and email
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide exceptional customer care and ensure satisfaction at every step
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to keep everything running smoothly
- Keep our database organized and up to date
What Were Looking For:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent computer and phone skills are a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling tools
