This position is in the Global Board Engineering (GBE) business unit providingtechnical design support for R&D products for Board Design Engineers and Validation Engineers covering products from the following business units:
DCSG ( SAS/SATA/NVMe Host Bus Adapters RAID Controller Cards NVMe Switch Adapters SAS Expanders PCI Express Switches Ethernet Network Adapters)
APD (Accelerator products)
ECD (Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters).
Job Duties:
Board debug and repair
Order miscellaneous items (tools and components) for lab to support design and validation teams
Test equipment ordering setup logging and tracking
Test equipment calibration tracking scheduling and maintenance.
Interfacing with various team members to understand requirements and communicate results.
Qualifications:
4 years of related experience
Required Skills:
Ability to read schematics and board design files
Ability to solder finepitch surface mount components
Ability to operate BGA work machine
Ability to solder miniature finepitched parts utilizing microscope
Microsoft Excel capability for tracking equipment
Good communication ability

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $23.56 $33.17 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
