Duties & Responsibilities

Our R&D division is expanding and we are seeking a highly skilled Weapon Systems Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team that is shaping the future of modern warfare. Role Overview: As an R&D Weapon Systems Design Engineer you will lead and contribute to the design analysis and development of advanced weapon systems from concept through to prototype. Your work will directly influence nextgeneration defense capabilities across land sea air and space platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptual and detailed design of weapon systems and subsystems.
Conduct feasibility studies simulations and tradeoff analyses.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including electronics software systems integration and manufacturing.
Support system architecture definition interface design and integration planning.
Engage in design reviews risk assessments and compliance with defense standards.
Produce technical documentation and support test and evaluation phases.
Liaise with clients suppliers and defense partners.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Aerospace Systems or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in weapon system development aerospace/defense R&D or similar highintegrity systems.
Strong proficiency in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks and CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS and MATLAB).
Understanding of military standards system lifecycle and design assurance.
Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
