Job Description
Minimum Education
Required Education:
Associate Degree in Medical Record Science or related associate healthcare degree OR minimum of 2 years experience in utilization review/quality assurance work. Registration as an RHIT preferred.

Exhibits knowledge and a basic understanding regarding the development and cultural needs of neonatal pediatric adolescent adult geriatric patients and/or customers.

Under the general supervision of the Department Director and according to established policies and procedures performs admission and concurrent review of all patients to determine appropriateness of admission and extended duration reviews. Work is of confidential nature. Performs other work of the Department as required.
