Job Description
- Answer customer calls: Address inquiries about services pricing and availability.
- Educate customers: Explain our service model and various home repair solutions.
- Schedule appointments: Review dispatch system to schedule appointments for specific projects.
- Provide excellent customer service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with all callers.
- Update customer information: Maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
- Stay informed: Keep uptodate on services provided and company policies.
- Communicate with field personnel: Relay information between CSRs craftsmen supervisors and office manager
- Assist with customer issues: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to billing service or product problems.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Service Titan scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) No weekend work.
