Position Responsibilities:
Translate highlevel business requirements into functional and detail designs. Work with a crossdivisional team to develop systems prototypes and host systems/platforms. Discover document and automate business processes. Work with multiple high volume data sources to generate historic and predictive reports. Own the system performance and provide continuous improvements. Build platforms that increase Free Cash Flow reduce cost improve productivity or increase controllership for the Finance Operations and Central Accounting businesses. Enable Finance Operations and Central Accounting by building scalable reliable technology solutions that facilitate Amazons growth.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Management Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Systems Analyst Software Engineer or Developer or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): using database design data structures and complexity analysis; and providing application support using Oracle Oracle PL/SQL SQL UNIX/Linux shell scripting and ETL tools.
