Receptionist/ Greeter
$1820/hour
Are you friendly organized and great at first impressions we want you! Rudy Luther Toyota is seeking a personable and professional Receptionist/ Greeter to be the welcoming face of our dealership and provide excellent front desk support ensuring every customer has a positive experience!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Warmly greet and guide all visitors managing customer checkin and visitor records in our database.
- Handle our multiline phone system with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Process incoming mail and deliveries.
- Support our team with various administrative tasks.

- A friendly and professional appearance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A positive and proactive approach.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
