What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage fullcycle delivery of $5M commercial roofing and restoration projects
- Oversee safety schedule cost control and subcontractor performance
- Lead operations across multilevel and occupied facilities including hospitals schools and government buildings
- Collaborate with clients vendors superintendents and internal teams to ensure project success
- Conduct risk assessments resolve issues on the fly and implement solutions
- Analyze postproject performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
What You Bring:
- 5 years managing commercial roofing or building envelope projects valued at $1M
- Strong technical knowledge of TPO EPDM PVC Modified Bitumen metal systems and waterproofing solutions
- Familiarity with Procore Edge Estimating and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage projects in occupied facilities with minimal disruption
- OSHA 30/500 certification required; EM 385 or LEED certifications a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
