Job Description

Robotics and Automation Vocational Instructor (Chapter 74Grades 912)School YearNashoba Valley Technical High School is seeking a Robotics and Automation Vocational Instructor for our Engineering/Robotics Chapter 74 Vocational Program. We are seeing a technical teacher to join our caring and collaborative community of teachers learners and leaders. Nashoba Valley Technical High School is a state of the art regional technical high school proudly serving students from our district towns of Ayer Chelmsford Groton Littleton Pepperell Shirley Townsend and Westford Massachusetts. Nashoba Valley Technical High School offers vocational training opportunities in eighteen different Chapter 74 technical programs including Engineering/Robotics & preferred candidate will have recent and relevant industry experience have experience working with high school age students or young adults and be Chapter 74 Licensed in Engineering or eligible for and Automation Technology Licensure Requirements Preliminary Vocational Technical Teacher LicenseAssociates degree or higher degree related to the subject matter and skills to be taughtFour years of fulltime employment experience directly related to robotics and automation technologyPassing score on each test (written test and performance test) in robotics and automation technologyOne of the following:achieve a passing score on the Vocational Technical Literacy Skills Test achieve a passing score on the Communication and Literacy Skills TestApplication Materials RequiredApplicants must submit the following to Ms. Denise P. Pigeon of Letters of of Required Licensure
