Whats In It For You
Competitive Pay & Bonuses
- Starting at $20.00/hr (Days) and $21.30/hr (Nights).
- Day Schedule (4:45am5pm) or Night Schedule (4:45pm5am).
- Guaranteed hourly bonus for the first 90 days!
- Earn up to $6/hr more by hitting production goals after 90 days.

What Will You Be Doing
This role is the starting point for a longterm career in furnace operations. Youll work directly with the Furnace Operator and Production team to safely melt and form aluminumsupporting furnace preparation charging alloying and cleanup activities.
- Assist with charging the furnace using sows ingots and scrap aluminum
- Support the safe use of furnace tools and controls (youll learn stepbystep!)
- Monitor equipment and follow established procedures to reduce emissions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow safety protocols including PPE Lockout/Tagout and hot metal procedures
Who You Are:
- At least 18 years old and ready to jump into a fastpaced role.
- Positive and motivated eager to take on new challenges.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold.
- Able to pass a background check physical and drug screen (we take safety seriously!).
- Have forklift experience Awesome! No experience No worries well train you!
