Job Summary
Protecht seeks a highly skilled Senior FrontEnd Developer with embedded ecommerce expertise. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and develop cuttingedge web applications using SolidJS and .
- Implement and optimize embedded ecommerce solutions to ensure seamless integration with our clients platforms.
- Focus on highperformance frontend development ensuring scalability responsiveness and code optimization.
- Work closely with designers to transform design concepts into visually appealing userfriendly interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to highquality coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in frontend development and embedded ecommerce.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and debugging of applications for functionality reliability and security.
- Gather requirements from product managers and stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience designing and developing highperformance web applications
- Indepth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS and modern libraries and tools such as SolidJS React Redux NodeJS Babel and Vite.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in concepts such as web components (custom elements and shadow DOM) crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility.
- Experience with responsive design principles and optimizing applications for various devices screen sizes and browsers.
- Knowledge of modern frontend build tools package managers and version control systems.
- Experience with unit integration and endtoend testing using tools such as Vitest and Playwright.
- Knowledge of browser devtools to debug override and profile clientside code.
- Experience taking endtoend ownership of your code from requirements and analysis to testing through deployment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to optimize application performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- This is a remote position. Travel to Protecht Hubs in Phoenix San Francisco Denver Los Angeles Austin or Chicago may be required as necessary.
