Our companys portfolio of emerging new medicines means the portfolio of clinical trials that is critical to patients and our future success continues to grow with the aim of delivering 20 new medicines by 2030.
Within Clinical Supply Chain as part of the Axial Programme powered by S/4HANA a new ERP system preparations are underway relating to the Master data required to perform our key business processes for our current and future Clinical trial portfolio using the SAP platform.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Clinical Master Data Management and aligning closely with Clinical focussed colleagues working in the Axial program you will operate within a process aligned team (plan source make deliver quality and finance) focussing on identifying preparing and creating all master data related to Clinical Program Study and Product Supply portfolio.
Act as Master Data Associate by providing in depth SAP Master data knowledge coupled with supply chain knowledge initially into the Axial Program and eventually in a BAU role. Responsible for the local data identification translation cleansing and enrichment activities required for the implementation of SAP MDG Axial ICSM/Core S4Hana Solution. In addition you will contribute to the development and creation of master data management processes relating to the ongoing business as usual operation of the SAP MDG Core S4Hana and ICSM Solution.
Receive Axial ICSM project guidance and timescales on Data Cleansing & Migration Activities
Working closely with Axial ICSM EPLs and Data Designers participate in Axial ICSM Data Design Workshops.
Support Data Migration Expert on Cleansing & Enrichment activities and enrich in line with local data requirements.
Support and deliver local approach to support Data Cleansing activities
Monitoring and reporting progress on data cleansing and enrichment activities
Assist in developing relevancy criteria for each of the SAP Data Objects
Assist in developing criteria for identifying duplicate records
Provide insight of the gap analysis on any unmapped fields to understand operational functionality or reporting that is driven from those fields
Support the design of local system data flows and integration requirements and technologies against the Axial ICSM solution
Assist in resolving Data Defects during Mock Cycles
Participate in SIT & UAT Testing as required
Assist in developing ICSM/Core Data Maintenance processes under BAU for Clinical Supply Chain
SAP Master data knowledge (MDG and ECC/S4)
Business knowledge of Pharmaceutical Supply chains
Awareness of GxP Requirements for Supply Chain Master Data
Previous projects experience an advantage but not necessary.
Proven experience on working and delivering to project milestones and deadlines
Clinical Supply Chain knowledge.
Demonstrated good time and stakeholder management
Experience of communicating complex information to peers and stakeholders
