The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs and interests. They promote sales by meeting productivity goals and staying knowledgeable about our branded merchandise and beers to provide recommendations and enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include stocking inventory maintaining the retail area delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate sales transactions.
Open availability to work opening and closing shifts holidays and weekends.
Must have Smart Serve certification.
