Fulton Hogan and our joint venture partnersJF Hull Holdings Pty LtdandMcIlwainCivil are delivering the central package of the Coomera Connector Stage 1 project. This project will deliver a 6lane 8kilometre section of the project between Helensvale Road and Smith Street Motorway. We are now on the lookout for a passionate and committedHealth and Safety Administratorto join our Fulton Hogan Construction business.
This role will provide a rewarding opportunity on both a personal and professional level where you can be inspired and learn from our highly skilled and experienced team members. You will assist with the implementation and maintenance of various Health and Safety processes and initiatives while supporting us in maintaining our Living Safely culture. By working closely with our Health and Safety Manager and Advisors you will provide key health and safety support at an operational level.
Your Contribution:
- Learn and implement the requirements of the Fulton Hogan Health and Safety Management System.
- Assist the project teams in the preparation of safety documentation and assist the team to ensure the project consistently operates in accordance with the legislative requirements organisational goals the Health and Safety Management Plan and respective Site Safety Plans.
- Undertake day to day health and safety administrative duties utilising Salesforce Sharepoint and other project specific systems.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly health and safety reporting requirements including the review and assessment of data to ensure consistency and compliance with system requirements
- Utilise health and safety data to trend and observe key performance metrics working with the health and safety and construction teams to develop proactive solutions and improvements to onsite processes.
- Undertake the procurement of health and safety supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
- Communicate with supervisors and engineers to obtain health and safety documentation and then ensure that the paperwork is captured appropriately in the relevant HSE Systems. Proactively engage in the amendment of site documentation in response to organisational changes identified improvements periodic review and legislative changes.

- Strong Digital & IT literacy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to develop manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Past experiences as a health and safety administrator on similar sized projects is preferred.
- This is a sitebased role and we are looking for a team player someone who agrees that we are better together.
