Job Description

We are currently seeking fulltime administrative coordinator for early morning hours 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. MF and 6:00 a.m 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

About ORTC LLC

We are an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills heroin morphine etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone detoxification and intensive oneonone and group counseling all in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for the smooth operation and communication of interdepartmental services.
  • Will greet individuals entering the treatment center:
    • Request client IDs to validate treatment program participation manage visitor signin log monitor lobby activity and client flow check client monetary status.
    • Collect balances due receive potential client inquiries liaise with other providers in the community.
    • Perform all office duties including assisting in the preparation of the required weekly reports.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and a thorough understanding of boundaries and confidentiality related to substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience preferably in the health care field.
  • Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level
  • Current drivers license in the state in which they reside.
