We are looking for a resultsdriven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa Florida supporting TMobile. In this role you will engage with customers address their inquiries and promote our products and services. Your success will hinge on your ability to create positive customer experiences and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in sales and customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- A positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales targets.
