Electrician Technician at a glance
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking an Electrician to work at our processing facility in Davenport IA. Successful candidates must be willing to give improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

$36.32/hour depending on experience
Minimum Qualifications
Must be available to work all shifts including second third weekends and holidays.
Prior manufacturing and production experience.
A minimum of a High school diploma and or equivalent experience.
Previous work experience in the electrical field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a highperformance work environment.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday; hours may vary depending upon shift

Troubleshooting and operating equipment to reduce downtime.
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks on time as advised by maintenance planners.
Participate in the installation startup procuring and de bugging of equipment.
Perform PLC HMI and Process Control responsibilities as well as knowledge of motor control centers.
Perform general electrical duties such as installing conduit and wiring motors. Install and trouble shoot instrumentation.
Support plant projects and participate as an active member in the PSM Team.
Complete all required periodic plant and job specific training.
Responsible for adhering to all site rules ways of working for processes and procedures within that role!
Position requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Timely Period Work completion and the ability to perform all sanitation duties.
Team participation is required.
