Job Description
Work Location:Mountain View CA
Duration:12 month contract; hybrid role (onsite 3 days a week)
Pay Range:$30/hr to $38/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
- Provide support for the new dispatchers settlements
- Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
- Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
- Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization for example allhands meeting happy hours team building events
- U.S.College degree required(BA is preferred)
- Fluency in English and Korean isrequired
- HR Experiences in the tech companies 3 years preferred
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required statistical skills in using Excel are preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
