Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble payment remittance details utilizing Excel functions to group and summarize data
Apply receipts against open invoices based on customer or network remittance advice
Reconcile customer accounts by researching payment submissions and applications
Contact customers via email to follow up on past due amounts
Provide thorough efficient and accurate progress updates
Assist with adhoc assignments and special projects
Qualifications:

General knowledge of accounting principals
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently on assignments and manage time
Proficient in relevant computer applications
12 years experience working with Excel
