Qualifications
Proficiency with data entry using Microsoft Office products required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detailed oriented organized and ability to multitask efficiently. Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with other group members in a team environment and provide superior customer service in a fastpaced emergency response service organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of maintenance work order systems and scheduling software preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio.
