As the Youth Outreach Worker you will carry a small caseload of 56 youth. The smaller caseload allows for greater opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of these individuals as you learn and grow in a teamcentric multidisciplinary environment. Collaborating with a Masters Level Clinician you will get the chance to work oneonone with clients in their homes and communities to build skills to address identified needs in areas ranging from emotion regulation distress tolerance and selfadvocacy to social skills time management and engagement in meaningful activities. This position allows for flexibility in the interventions used as well as in the making of your schedule. As a valued member of the therapeutic team you will contribute to treatment planning and will have the opportunity to work with various systems including schools hospitals and therapeutic group care programs.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Services field required
Experience with the child/adolescent population and experience in clinical/residential setting preferred
Experience with systems especially DMH preferred
Individuals with lived experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional languages are desirable for this role
Strong Computer proficiency
