Job SummaryLives and works with residents to develop life skills for independent DutiesDevelop positive relationships with residents to engage and encourage the development of life emergency first aid and summon medical assistance when interpersonal problems between with other staff to resolve problems with individual residents in the handling of issues such as family financial and educational regular rounds to ensure that residents and areas are safe and maintenance requests; determine the need for facility maintenance and repair notify appropriate personnel; ensure that maintenance is scheduled and completed in a timely with staff to plan and schedule weekend support and handle escalated residents issues using deescalation techniques and other the confidentiality of residential health information; ensure staff provide residential support while maintaining their opportunities for residents to learn practice and master skills that allow them to participate more fully in social school and work activities.
