Job Description

As a part of Northern Colorado for 80 years our team has a passion for serving our customers and our community.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our management team you will be responsible for driving sales performance ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Coach and train sales team members on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends product updates and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive collaborative and ethical work environment.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum of 25 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills. .
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and best practices.
  • Customercentric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in usingCRM and other sales management tools.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Chevrolet and Cadillac products is a plus.
  • Candidates must have a current State of Colorado Sales License.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Greeley Colorado area.
