Senior Project Manager
Location: Laurel MD (Relocation Welcome Relocation Allowance Available)Manage Complex Commercial Roofing Projects
Salary: $90000$120000 Annual Performance Bonuses Full Benefits

Theyre urgently hiring a Senior Project Manager who is ready to take the lead on complex roofing and building envelope projectsand do it in a highgrowth environment thats light on handholding and heavy on opportunity.

What Youll Do:
- Lead $5M roofing waterproofing and restoration projects including occupied and multilevel facilities
- Oversee project executionfrom budgeting and scheduling to subcontractor and client coordination
- Enforce OSHA regulations and sitespecific safety protocols
- Identify risks implement mitigation plans and solve issues quickly
- Conduct postproject reviews to refine systems and drive cost savings
What You Bring:
- 5 years managing multimilliondollar commercial roofing or building envelope projects
- Expertise in TPO EPDM PVC Modified Bitumen and metal roofing systems
- Experience with waterproofing and complex restoration scopes
- Strong command of project management software: Procore Edge Estimating Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30/500 certification (required); EM 385 or LEED (a plus)
- Clear communicator and team builder with experience managing occupied facility logistics
- High school diploma or GED (required); bachelors degree in construction or engineering (preferred)
