Job Description

Preschool Program Coordinator This coordinator position will oversee the Westfield Preschool Program across multiple school sites. Performance Responsibilities:Collaborate with district staff and community partner staff involved in the development and/or implementation of Preschoolrelated early childhood plans/goalsAttend EEC meetings and professional development trainingsImplement the Preschool Strategic Action PlanCoordinate and facilitate all Preschool Leadership Team meetingsSupervise and evaluate itinerant preschool staffAssist in recruitment and hiring of Preschool staffCollaborate with Grants Manager on all aspects of preschool grants including grant writing and amendmentsMonitor and report on program quality using required templates and tools (ie the CLASS tool and state reporting)Support implementation of high quality preschool curriculum and assessmentsCommunicate frequently with district staff community members and community partnersAdditional duties as assigned by the Superintendent or designee
