WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to proactively participate in the technical development of our testing services pipeline designed to serve Configuration and Upgrade projects executed by the Customer Application Service of SimCorp.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role you will be responsible for implementation of a new modern framework aimed for automated test infrastructure. Such a framework should enable scalability and decrease timetomarket for our services delivered with high quality assurance.
You will be using multiple technologies and your responsibilities will also include:
Participation in the technical development of Configuration & Upgrade
Services pipeline and toolset (Azure DevOps pipelines SpecFlow dockerized REST endpoints etc.)
Active participation in suitable DevOps and TestOps channels across the organization
Popularization of idea and principles of the pipeline driven organization in Configuration & Upgrade Services
Implementation of Tech team backlog
WHAT WE VALUE
5 year experience of software development in following objectoriented and script languages: .NET C# Powershell (Cor Python would be a great plus)
Modern engineering practitioner (SOLID XP etc.)
Clear understanding of the SDLC and STLC
Good knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps will be beneficial)
Experience in developing tools and frameworks focusing on test automation
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
