Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- A positive solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field
- Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel Word etc.)
- High school diploma/GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers.
- Regular interaction via digital communication platforms.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
