Conduct pricing and cost estimation for projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects builders contractors and building owners. Assess customer needs and develop customized elevator solutions. Present proposals and negotiate sales contracts. Manage existing accounts identifying growth opportunities.
PreSales and Tendering
Analyze tender documents identify opportunities and assess project feasibility. Review contract terms conditions and specifications. Develop and execute bid strategies to secure new projects. Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals including technical and commercial details.
Technical Submittals and Approvals
Review and submit engineering drawings for approval. Prepare and submit technical specifications for projects. Ensure compliance with relevant codes regulations and standards. Obtain necessary permits and approvals. Conduct design reviews with customers and stakeholders.
