Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint SMEto lead the design implementation migration and support of enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune. The role also includes working on tenanttotenant Intune migrations proposal creation effort estimation clientfacing solution presentations and mentoring of junior engineers. The ideal candidate should have handson expertise in modern device management Microsoft 365 security integration and be comfortable working in presales and delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Delivery:
Architect and deploy Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager solutions for managing Windows macOS iOS and Android devices.
Configure and manage:
Windows Autopilot
Compliance Policies
Configuration Profiles
App Protection Policies (MAM)
Conditional Access
Defender for Endpoint and security baselines
LeadIntune tenanttotenant migrations including export/import of policies remediation of crosstenant dependencies reenrollment planning and user/device transition strategies.
Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID Defender for Endpoint and Purview compliance solutions.
Perform assessments of existing environments and recommend optimizations for performance security and compliance.
Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning configuration patching software deployment and retirement.
Proposal & PreSales Support:
Collaborate with presales delivery and bid teams to understand requirements and design suitable endpoint management solutions.
Preparetechnical solution documentationeffort estimates andproject timelines for RFPs RFIs and SoWs.
Participate in client calls technical workshops and solution demonstrations.
Ensure proposed solutions align with Microsoft best practices and customer business needs.
Mentoring & Capability Building:
Mentor and guide junior engineers and consultants in Intune Microsoft 365 security and endpoint architecture.
Conduct internal training peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support competency building and contribute to the development of reusable solution assets.
Required Skills & Experience:
6 years in IT infrastructure or endpoint management roles.
3 years of handson experience withMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Proven experience inIntune tenanttotenant migration strategies tools and execution.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Autopilot
Device configuration and compliance
Endpoint security policies (BitLocker Defender AV exclusions)
Software distribution and patch management
Mobile Application Management (MAM) and BYOD support
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Understanding of Azure AD Conditional Access licensing models and hybrid identity scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certifications:
MD102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
MS500: Security Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Familiarity with tools and methods for Intune tenant migrations (Graph API JSON exports scripting).
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and compliance solutions like Microsoft Purview.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Log Analytics (KQL).
Exposure to industry compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 HIPAA GDPR SOC).

Clientfacing confidence and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
