What youll be doing
Join our CIBC Technology team as a Web Designer Coop and have a real impact in making our clients ambitions a reality! This is a great opportunity to be a part of an innovationfocused team that is helping to drive CIBCs digital transformation by assisting in refreshing our Business Agility System (BAS) website hosted on Modern SharePoint. Join our team and help us reach our goal of enhancing user experience improving accessibility and ensuring that our website effectively meets the needs of our users.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.

How youll succeed
Website Assessment Evaluate the current BAS website to identify areas for improvement in user experience and accessibility.
User Research Conduct surveys and interviews with users to gather feedback on their needs and preferences.
Design Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a more userfriendly layout and design for the website.
Content Management Assist in updating and organizing website content to ensure clarity and relevance.
SharePoint Expertise Utilize Modern SharePoint features to implement design changes and improve functionality.
Testing and Feedback Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine the website before final launch.
Documentation Create user guides and documentation for ongoing website management.
